Ryan Klepps, PT, DPT, is WebPT’s Director of Onboarding and Member Education. His passion lies in providing physical therapy clinics with the technology and know-how to launch sophisticated marketing and engagement campaigns that optimize patient retention and create a community of patient evangelists. Ryan graduated with his doctorate in physical therapy from Quinnipiac University. He then went on to serve as a capstone advisor in the school’s PT department, primarily focusing on patient compliance, patient satisfaction and loyalty, patient-provider alliance, and patient outcomes. He also served as the membership chair on the board of directors for the APTA of Massachusetts.
