Doug Houvener is the enterprise marketing manager at WebPT, eight-time Inc. 5000 honoree, and the market-leading software platform for physical, occupational, and speech therapists. Prior to joining the WebPT team in 2017, Doug ran a marketing department in the healthcare delivery and payer side of the house—building programs and strategies that ran the gamut from B2B to B2C. Doug has more than a decade of healthcare, marketing, sales, and revenue operations experience with specialized knowledge in account-based marketing (ABM), outbound strategies, sales enablement, branding and design, thought leadership content creation, marketing automation and customer relationship management (CRM) platform administration, and healthcare IT. He also takes a special interest in healthcare legislation, physician referral marketing, and software implementation and integration strategies. Doug has a bachelor’s in business administration with an emphasis in marketing, as well as certifications in customer service and marketing and promotional communications, from Northern Arizona University. When he’s not busy building programs for our enterprise Members and prospects, Doug enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, woodworking, gardening, cheering on the Red Wings and Steelers, and catching up on the past weekend’s NASCAR or F1 races.
