COVID Statement:

WebPT is actively monitoring the incidence of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) and we are following guidance from local health departments and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regarding large gatherings.  Event planners and officials can determine, in collaboration with state and local health officials, whether and how to implement these considerations, making adjustments to meet the unique needs and circumstances of the local community.

At this time, Ascend will take place as planned and WebPT is working in partnership with the hotel to put measures in place to help prevent the spread of disease during the conference.  The CDC recommends that people in high-risk groups consult with their healthcare provider about attending any large gathering.

Cancellation Policy:

Ascend attendees can cancel via written notice to up to two weeks before the event date for a full refund. Any attendee who cancels after April 29, 2021, will forfeit all registration fees. WebPT may cancel Ascend due to unforeseen circumstances; however, the event planners will take all measures to ensure the event goes on as planned. Should the event be rescheduled, registrants will have the option to receive a full refund or tickets to the rescheduled event.

Ticket Transfer Policy:

In the event that someone cannot attend Ascend, he or she may transfer his or her ticket to another person who would like to attend. Individuals who would like to transfer a ticket must contact Ascend organizers at before April 29, 2021.
