This course will address Medicare’s most recent approach to clinical record audits: the targeted probe and education review. During the session, compliance expert Mary Daulong, PT, CHC, CHP, will discuss audit methodology as well as provide an explanation as to what may precipitate provider selection; what drives the error rate appraisal; and what can be done to improve error rates. Attendees will also learn the consequence of audit failure.
